Accordingly, LAGARTO shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of LAGARTO products displayed on the LAGARTOWALLETS.com website. The ordered products remain the property of LAGARTO Inc. until full payment is tendered to LAGARTO Inc.
In case of a payment dispute, you undertake to return the received products to LAGARTO Inc. immediately upon request, and to assume the risks (in particular the loss, theft or damage) relating to the delivered products.
Shipping and Delivery - Delivery Zone
Goods purchased via the LAGARTOWALLETS.com website may be delivered worldwide.
LAGARTO Inc. will not process any order for which a post office box or APO/FPO address is provided.
Goods will be shipped to the delivery address(es) specified during the ordering procedure.
Shipping and Delivery - Shipping costs
Delivery costs are complimentary with your order internationally.
Allow between two to three weeks between the date of your order and your date of delivery.
Please note, international orders and deliveries are subject to import duties, taxes and applicable fees.
Delivery Time - Time required for delivery

However, LAGARTO Inc. reserves the right to divide your order into part shipments. In this case, your charge card or credit card will only be debited for the goods shipped and for a single shipment.
Delivery Time - Problems of delivery
Any failure to deliver or late delivery exceeding twenty-one (21) days should be reported to our customer service as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order.
You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery. If there are any discrepancies in your order when the products are delivered to you, you should note the nature of the potential discrepancy (e.g., open package, damaged goods, etc.) by hand, if possible, on the delivery notice, and sign.
Returns - Exchanges – Refunds

International Warranty – Product Disclaimer
LAGARTO proudly guarantees the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. Items with defects in material or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of LAGARTO within five years of purchase. Products damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be repaired at a nominal charge.
The international warranty is valid only for leather goods with precious metals accompanied by a serial number dated on the International Warranty Card given to the purchaser directly by LAGARTOWALLETS.com online store or by an authorized LAGARTO retailer.
The international warranty does NOT cover, and LAGARTO will not be responsible for, any work performed on the leather goods with precious metals by anyone other than LAGARTO or authorized LAGARTO retailer.
The international warranty is declared null and void if the International Warranty Card is defaced or altered in any way after completion at the LAGARTO workshop.

International Warranty – Does Not Cover
Normal “wear and tear.”
Damage arising from servicing NOT done by LAGARTO or an authorized LAGARTO retailer.
Abuse (such as dropping or hitting the leather goods with precious metals, exposure to adverse conditions such as water, rain or snow, etc.).
Our Commitment and Guarantee – Servicing
LAGARTO's commitment to customer service is an indispensable element of its service; to repair or restore any LAGARTO masterpiece at any point in time for as long as you own it.
The factory guarantee is valid only for leather goods with precious metals accompanied by a serial number dated on the International Warranty Card given to the purchaser directly by LAGARTOWALLETS.com online store or by an authorized LAGARTO retailer.
The factory guarantee does not cover, and LAGARTO will not be responsible for, any work performed on the leather goods with precious metals by anyone other than LAGARTO or authorized LAGARTO retailer.
The factory guarantee is declared null and void if the International Warranty Card is defaced or altered in any way after completion at the LAGARTO workshop.

Product Care – Pragmatic Notes
Precious metals, including 18ct Gold and Platinum, should not be polished regularly due to wearing down the surface level, thus reducing the overall weight.
Keep the product away from extreme heat or cold sources and shield from adverse weather, such as rain or snow. Water may stain the leather and cause darkening to the product. Should your product come into contact with water, allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat.
When not in regular use, store away in the case or dust bag provided and avoid direct heat.
